TOPGAP P121 is non-flammable and suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations, making it a safe and reliable choice for modern renovation projects. This acrylic primer is quick drying with first coat approximately ready in a drying time of 15 to 30 minutes. Whereas for the second coat, users must allow 30 minutes before proceeding with the smoothing compound application. It must be applied onto a suitably prepared, smooth, dry subfloor.
STOPGAP P121 maintains its effectiveness with a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers stored in good conditions. This makes it a reliable primer for both current and future flooring projects.
